  • Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on carrier rates and your location.
  • We currently ship nationwide (adjust if you offer international shipping).

Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
  • Powerosa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If you experience any issues, please contact the carrier directly.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Window

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds.

Return Shipping
